Come tour one of our beautiful, remodeled apartment homes! Located just outside of New Circle Road in Lexington, Landing at Tates Creek offers extremely spacious floor plans for 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and townhomes. You will love the modern feel! The property has just finished undergoing a massive renovation and all of the apartments and townhomes have been fully revamped! We've also done significant work to the grounds as well, including the pool, grill areas and landscaping! Our friendly staff exists to serve our residents and potential residents so call or text us today to schedule a visit!

Debbie made the move in process very easy. I work from home and didn’t have much time to stop by and talk in person. She worked with my needs and We took care of everything communicating via email and text. She was very friendly and informative. The maintenance man Tim also was very nice. We submitted a work order to have a minor repair done and he worked it the same day. He came in first thing in the morning and made sure we were content with the repairs made. He was polite and respectful of our property as well. So far, it’s been a great experience since we’ve been here. The complex is also really quiet which is a plus for me. I hardly ever hear the neighbors and when I walk my furry friend, the people walking theirs too are also respectful and mind their own.

Edit 5/10/23 to say Tim did a fantastic job on a leak repair today. He was courteous, fast, and clean! It was messy work but he got the job done quick and cleaned up after himself. Thank you Tim! Under previous management this review would not be 5 stars. A lot of us here are still in outdated units but the new ownership and maintenance crew are working to change that as units become vacant, even offering to move tenants to renovated units as they become available. I recently had an issue with my fridge and the previous crew "fixed" it several times but it continually cut out and cost me several rounds of groceries. It finally cut out again and the new crew came in to repair and immediately recognized what had been missed and although they could not find the part they needed to fix it, provided me a temporary fridge within the day and a permanent one the following day. They also have been speaking to people around the complex about any issues they've been having. This new crew is timely, efficient, professional, and really seem to care. They definitely know what they're doing, and remember faces and are sure to follow up if they see you around the complex. Absolutely stellar team.
