I love Palomar View Apartments! When apartment shopping a couple months ago, my fiancé and I looked all over Lexington and finally decided to rent here. First, these apartments are gorgeous! We love the open floor plan and high ceilings. When we moved in the place was spotless. We never have trouble with parking and the visitor lot is convenient for our guests. The valet trash pickup is so convenient. Just sit your trash outside your door every evening! We have two Cocker Spaniels and they are incredibly dog friendly. You always see people out walking their dogs of all sizes and breeds. Not to mention the pet waste stations that are set up all around the complex. They even provide bags! We had a couple minor issues that needed maintenance attention and they were there the same day, solved the issue, and were very friendly. The office staff is very helpful and kind. I’ve only met Jessica a couple of times but she was very sweet and helpful when I have interacted with her. I cannot say enough good things about Jaime. She went above and beyond for us to get us the apartment we wanted. Even after we had decided on one but were kind of on the fence about which floor we wanted to live on, she let us come back a different day and showed us four more apartments. She answered our dozens of questions and never was anything but fantastic. We love it here!

I love living at these apartments. The apartments are adorable inside and out and pretty spacious. They are very involved with their residents, whether it’s sending out news letters with fun recipes or setting up curbside in our parking lot with local restaurants. The area is very clean and feels safe! When I first moved in about 2 years ago the parking was a headache, but they now have parking passes enforced and it has helped the parking situation tremendously! I love Valarie in the office, she has been a tremendous help to me. She is very kind, welcoming and shows she cares about PVA residents. When I brought a situation to her about my grumpy neighbor below, she handled the situation well and made sure to follow up with me. I definitely recommend living here!
