Best maintenance ever! It is so easy to put in a maintenance request on the portal. They are quick to respond, super friendly, always do a wonderful job fixing, and most importantly I feel comfortable and safe with them being in my home even when I’m not there! The best experience with maintenance I’ve ever had hands down!

I have lived here for four years now while in school and it has been a fantastic place to live for anyone who will be in and out of the hospital for school or work. Special shoutout to the maintenance team who has been on top of everything since day 1. They immediately respond to any issues we've ever had with a quick fix, and they do a great job with upkeep around the apartment grounds too.
