I enjoy living here at the Merrick. This is a nice quite place to live. The grounds here are well kept and the flower beds are always changing with the seasons. The.office personnel and the maintenance personnel are so helpful and quick to respond to any issues that may occur.

Merrick is a Lexington legend. It's Bluegrass hospitality to a T. Good food, classy atmosphere. I'll miss the pool (it's been filled in), but maybe it'll come back. I had the special, snapper, on this occasion. Flaky, buttery, with a delicate crust. Also had the grouper fingers and shrimp (like a bang bang shrimp) appetizers (I'm pescatarian🤷‍♂️). Paired with a Lexington craft beer and I was full and satisfied. Lovely visit as usual.
