About 492 Grove St #18
Hi! I'm looking for a suitable replacement to move into a single apartment room in a building with shared amenities. My plan is to leave by the end of June, so ideally I'd have someone move in by the end of the week. More information on the room/building: (PLEASE READ FOLLOWING CAREFULLY) It's a small (10 x 12 ft), single newly refurbished room with two large windows allowing natural sunlight. Included is a newly purchased personal refrigerator, sink, closet, and heater. Plenty of outlets. Furniture included (if desired - loft bed, small couch, etc. The camera on my phone is broken, so I've included these blurry pics of the room). As for the building, there are several other rooms occupied by only working professionals. Here's the deal: there are 17 rooms (and therefore roommates) sharing the amenities across two floors. SO this is a place for people who are interested more in the area (which is beautiful) and not having a typical roommate situation. To give you an idea of what it's like, I rarely see any of the other roommates and have never had to wait for bathroom/shower! It's extremely quiet, and I believe that most people here aren't around often. That being said, it is an unconventional living situation, with the roommates and all. There are two separate toilets and two separate showers. There is a newly refurbished kitchen with a large refrigerator. Washer and dryer in building. Professional cleaning of the building every Saturday (does not include individuals rooms). Pics included. More information on the area: Right in the heart of Hayes Valley!
