This place is in an awesome little pocket in Natomas. New living space (Cat-5 in all the walls!) and easy *Driving* access to most everything in Sac due to both 5 and 80 being very close. No problem neighbors in the 3 years I've lived ehre and the staff is very good

I have lived in a few different areas in Sacramento, and also have had different experiences in varied apartment complex's.. The Regatta is by far the best apartment complex I have had the pleasure of staying at. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, especially Estelle she's a doll and gets along with anyone and everyone! Never had problems with neighbors, and the complex is extremely clean and friendly. The apartments are gorgeous and finished to perfection, and out of all the places I have seen in Sacramento The Regatta is by far the best for the location, updates, and price. Would definitely reccommend to others.
