kim is the absolute best. she was such a great help in making sure that my appellation was processed with ease . i flew in from Florida on this past Saturday and got to meet with her 1st thing on Monday morning to sign paperwork and take care of all the loose ends to make sure that my move back to California will be smooth I spoke with Kim on the phone prior to my arrival to view the property and she told me ahead of time what exactly i will need to make sure that i would be able to take care of everything when i arrived for my appointment . she was very easy to work with. and will do all she can to ensure you a great place to call home., i was also introduced to Louis. whom is the grounds maintenance worker. the property is located off the 99 freeway and is close to a few different shopping centers . a BIG thank you to Kim and cant wait to move in Jamel De Chari

My father just got approved for move in and I must say that Kim was such a pleasure to work with. From the beginning to the end of the whole application process, Kim made him feel so comfortable.
