We enjoyed our stay here. From the start to the end the staff were reasonable with us and helpful with the initial process to rent, aswell as process of leaving. We would still be renting from them if circumstances hadn't changed requiring a move. Was everything absolutely perfect all the time?no, But let's be real. It's an apartment folks. Everything we needed the staff was super helpful and cool about. If you are looking for an easy calm place to keep to yourself that's what we found here. If you're looking to get out and be active the amenities provided are fantastic with a pool, hot tub, work out room and 2 club houses you can rent for events. One of them has had some construction for a few months but again folks it's an apartment it's not perfect all the time. So enjoy the good it has. We rarely saw any bugs and when we did the maintenance team was there to spray Very promptly. Don't be scared off. Come in and be reasonable this isn't your dream home in the hills. It is a really good option for a great apartment. Their prices are lower then most others and the quality you get is well above average. If you're coming in looking for everything perfect you'll be sorely dissatisfied in any apartment (or house). Short story we enjoyed it and you will too. Highly recommend the river run apartments. (side note several residents who haven't posted have lived here for a long time, up to 6+ years, and have enjoyed it just as much.)
