Honestly I don’t know why the reviews are so bad, my roommates and I are graduating this spring and we’ve been here for two years, management is great and has been super nice (esp when one of them forgot to pay rent), maintenance gets things fixed the same day, our 4 bed apartment is so so nice, the location is really convenient like we love it here, we started here with a 3 bed and luckily they had 4 bed available bc we didn’t want to leave
