I have consistently experienced one of the best residential support services with North Pointe Property Management. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and compassionate. I have communicated with Victoria and Ashlyn on various matters and every time I have received extremely thoughtful and attentive feedback on our needs. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request, I have received a prompt response and the maintenance team quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. Also, they do organize a few community events on Holidays year around in their beautiful Clubhouse. I strongly recommend this property to all of the incoming renters looking for housing in the area..

Very nice area and the better place to live in all of Vacaville. It has many great qualities such as a pool, gym and more on site. The property manager is the sweetest, most knowledgeable, and the best person to ever approach with questions or concerns about almost anything. Highly recommend apartment property

Lived there for 13 years, just moved out this past September, quiet, clean, and well kept grounds. Management is awesome and very friendly. Ashlyn is one of the best apartment managers that’s been there. Definitely would recommend.
I was on a short time gap to find a new apartment, Ashlyn really helped me out in my unique situation while I was going in between two different complexes. She was able to help me resolve the whole thing and even got everything in the unit ready for my son and I to move in early before my lease was up at my previous apartment and along the way through the process she picked up every call and answered every email without a wait. Moving can be very stressful as it is but she helped by making everything go smoothly and on great time. The unit is awesome, very spacious, nice pool area/play area for the kids, everywhere is clean and well maintained and the people around here are real easy going and cool to talk to, it’s just a good vibe all together. Thank you Ashlyn for helping by making a stressful situation into a good experience!

Great property, Ashlynn and Ashli have great vibes in the office and are on top of any concerns around the property which there are pretty much none. Units are renovated and the clubhouse area has a lot to offer. Definitely recommend if in the Vacaville area

I am writing this review solely based off of my visit to view the property. I came on a federal holiday to visit and they were actually open. The property management was very communicative in her email and verifying my appointment time. I showed up 1 hour before my appointment and they still accommodated me.
The lady who showed me the property was very friendly and knowledgeable. The property itself is beautiful and the photos on the website are very accurate . They have one of the nicest pool areas I have seen and the floor plans obviously had some forethought of storage space when being built.
The neighborhood seems quiet and safe.
While I haven’t chosen a place to live this is on the top of the list of contenders.
