The maintenance staff here at Bella Sonoma apartments in fife is always on top of it. I’ve been here almost three years and anytime we need him he is here quickly and works efficiently. Thank you for your patience with my kids while they are let’s just say “still learning” and coming shortly after I submit a request. Thank you always and God bless. :)

I lived at Bella Sonoma for many years & enjoyed my time there very much. My apartment was very nice with vaulted ceilings, & whenever I opened a maintenance workorder, maintenance staff responded promptly & took care of any problems. The community landscaping was also very well-maintained, & while I did not frequent the pool or sauna, I enjoyed having access to the workout room 24/7.
