Great price! The management is paying to hide honest one star reviews so I’m putting 4 stars next to my experience so you can see it. This building is “new” as they describe, and looks good inside the units, but it’s built so poorly that you can hear every step your neighbors make. There’s no ventilation for the old air in the rooms, but you have a wall ac unit that will smell. There’s always a construction going on in this building during work hours with all the noise that comes with it. Police sirens all day long as it’s not the safest neighborhood. No guest parking, no EV charging (and refused to allow tenants install, which is illegal). Next day after I complained about charging, there was a nail placed in my tire. On the bright side - this is a pet friendly building and almost everyone has a dog, consider yourself lucky if your neighbors dog don’t bark all day long.
