Our rules do not allow tenants to make noise late at night. This keeps our park a nice, quiet place to live. Full Hookups are available in the park for electricity, water, sewer, phone and cable. Sewer, water, and garbage are included in the rent and ready upon arrival. Electrical hookups feature 30 or 50 amp with 20-amp circuits, both major plugin types are accepted. Mailboxes are located in the rear of the park for convenience, and included with the space. |
