Just moved out last month. Living here was great. The interaction with the last manager was awful but the new manager is amazing 👏🏼 They will work with you! I used to be a property manager and I can say for sure Koz on Market is in good hands with their current manager. Rent is affordable in my opinion, you're close to the light rail and businesses, school, and if you're lucky you get the best view! Move in process was not done right but the move out process exceeded my expectations! Manager was so honest and thorough. I didn't pay the cleaning fee because the unit was spotless and was only charged for full paint which I understand because I messed up the wall, but I appreciated her efforts and knowledge! I now say happy Aloha Friday because of her lol! Would rent here again when I move back to WA.
