It's been 5 months since I lived here. I really love this place. My previous apartment didn't get much sunlight, so I like the brightness of Kilbourn the best. From my apartment, I have a great view of the seasons in Rochester. Also, the friendliness of the staff, the comfort and convenience of the lounge, and the constant availability of coffee are all reasons that make me want to live here in the future. In addition, the access road to the highway is close, so you can go anywhere easily, and when you invite friends, you can have a great time in the lounge and fire pit, which is another reason to boast about this place. Luxurious materials and home appliances make this place feel more comfortable. If anyone is looking for a home, my husband and I highly recommend Kilbourn.

Kilbourn on East is truly the best place to rent in Rochester. This isn't your typical apartment building; it's luxurious, state of the art, modern and has the most amazing staff - all of which makes you feel right at home. The build of each apartment / townhome is done with quality and great thought. They did a great job utilizing the space, giving you ample room to store your belongings. There's a healthy mix of ages, couples, singles - so all should feel welcome. I've lived in several luxury apartments in major cities, and Kilbourn surpasses that. Thank you to Lisa, Donna and team for all that you do - such an incredibly helpful team that always goes above and beyond!
