The apartment itself is well-maintained, in a good, quiet location not far from Venice and Marina Del Rey. Its also close to the 405 freeway which makes travel easy and is about 20 minutes from the airport. Alissa, the apartment manager is always nice, approachable, and responsive. Maintenance requests are also handled promptly and efficiently. Every issue I’ve had has been addressed in a timely manner, which I appreciate. Great spot and would highly recommend.
