I had a great experience with Julia. I currently live at another equity property and was looking to do a property transfer. Julia helped walk me through all I needed to know for the transfer program and availability at the time. I really enjoyed the apartments and the gas stoves was a huge plus for me!

I had a great experience with Matthew in person and with Julia over the phone. They were very kind and helpful in showing me around and answering my questions, and made me feel very welcome. The building was great and had everything I was looking for. Even though my timing changed, I look forward to staying in touch with them and to being a part of the community in the very near future.
