Our spacious and newly renovated studio and one bedroom apartments feature high ceilings, bright finishes, in-home washer and dryer and air conditioning. We are walking distance to high-end shopping at the Third Street Promenade and just blocks from the iconic Santa Monica Pier. We also offer reserved underground parking.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the maintenance team (specifically Javier and Sergio) at my apartment complex, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. From start to finish, the team was courteous, professional, and efficient in addressing all of my maintenance needs. Whenever I submitted a maintenance request through the online portal, the team would respond promptly. What impressed me most about the maintenance team was their dedication to ensuring my complete satisfaction with their work. They took the time to answer all of my questions and even provided helpful tips on how to prevent future issues from arising. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly made all the difference in my living experience at the apartment complex.

The excellent service and or maintenance provided by both Javier and Sergio is truly top notch. They are always so quick to respond to any issue- whether it is just a light bulb for my patio or advocating on my behalf so that I may have a brand new washer/dryer (my old ones were not working well). This superior service is extremely difficult to find in downtown SM where the population is so transient. It is one of those factors many don't think about when considering a new home but definitely should be considered. In addition, the new front office manager (Elijah) has been a gift to this community. He has gone to great efforts to bolster security by changing key codes, locks (back door alley), and quickly responding to tenant needs.
