The excellent service and or maintenance provided by both Javier and Sergio is truly top notch. They are always so quick to respond to any issue- whether it is just a light bulb for my patio or advocating on my behalf so that I may have a brand new washer/dryer (my old ones were not working well). This superior service is extremely difficult to find in downtown SM where the population is so transient. It is one of those factors many don't think about when considering a new home but definitely should be considered. In addition, the new front office manager (Elijah) has been a gift to this community. He has gone to great efforts to bolster security by changing key codes, locks (back door alley), and quickly responding to tenant needs.
