Been living here a little over 2 years with my boyfriend. We love the spacious apartments and the maintenance crew. Special shout out to Jesse, who goes above and beyond to take care of any apartment repairs/needs. We love that we can rely on him and have confidence that everything will be taken care of!

Love this place! I've reviewed the facility before. This time I want to focus on our fantastic maintenance man, Jessie. Beyond his always smiling face greeting you every day, and his dogged keeping the whole place clean and tidy, when I have needed help with anything, he has responded immediately and helpfully. I've never had to ask twice for anything! I figured it was time to thank the often unthanked. The Victor is always kept beautifully. Thank you, Jesse!!

I’ve lived a lot of places with crummy management and this is NOT one of them. Everyone who works here is friendly and accessible and most importantly competent. And it shows. The community is clean and comfortable. The amenities are very well maintained and maintenance concerns addressed promptly. I’ve genuinely loved living here. Especially in this area it’s hard to find affordable apartments with this kind of management. Great location and the units are spacious and recently updated. 10/10

This is a review for Jesse from the maintenance team who is amazing and fixed our shower water pressure, screen door and blinds all in one morning. He even fixed things in the apartment that we didn't request. He's very friendly too. We are so glad to have him in the building!

The maintenance team here is amazing! Jesse Ramirez and Tony Floyd are seriously the best maintenance team I have ever dealt with. They are both extremely nice and go above and beyond every time we have had to put in a maintenance request. Each request has been resolved quickly with no hassle. Our dryer was even messed up at one point and they were able to get us a new one installed within a few days. I typically do not leave reviews, but I feel as though both Jesse and Tony deserve major recognition for their amazing work.

The maintenance team here was very fast and responsive and specifically Jesse Ramirez was excellent! He provided great service, and when he came by to fix my AC he even offered to repair a few of the blinds that had fallen off over the last few months. Which was just an added bonus because I hadn’t put in a work request for that yet. Jesse really really goes the extra mile! I had to leave for work while he was doing the repairs, but when I returned I found a note that had a list of all the work done which I found to be a small touch, but something that shows that he really cares about the work he does and this apartment cares about their tenants!

The maintenance and cleaning staff (who clean the common areas daily) here are excellent. I've heard horror stories from other places where problems will take months to get fixed. Fortunately, have never had that issue here. Jesse, who handles maintenance, is prompt and knowledgeable. He's always around the building somewhere. I've lived here for a while and he's been a big help a handful of times. On top of that, he's super friendly! Highly recommend just for him.

Great maintenance team, especially Jesse I have been living in this apartment for more than one year now and what I like best is the maintenance team. Whenever I've had an issue or a question, Jesse has always been responsive and helpful. He always makes sure that everything is fixed properly. I appreciate his professionalism and his positive attitude. In general, the maintenance team does a great job of keeping the building clean and functional. I feel confident that if there's ever a problem, they will take care of it promptly. Thank you, Jesse and the rest of the team, for your hard work and dedication!
