I moved in here Feb 2014 and it has been great. When I moved to DFW a year earlier I lived in one of those HUGE complexes and the service was terrible - not here at The Viceroy. Its a small complex and they provide much better service. If things break (which is rare) they take care of it right away - very professional. I also have 2 dogs and they are very pet-friendly. The grounds are nice and clean - plenty of parking (gated)...very safe. The inside of my place was recently upgraded - I love it. The price and location is perfect, right near everything (Tollway, good food, etc)...yet its quiet and private but a place you know your neighbors. The owner is very involved and accessible via phone and email. We have crime prevention meetings/BBQs, which are helpful too. I highly recommend this complex, especially if you want more of a personal touch.
