Monthly gross income must total three times (3x) the monthly rent amount to qualify. Applicant must provide a minimum of two (2) paystubs and/or proof of income through bank statements showing direct deposits. The application fee is $50.00 per person. All adults 18+ who'll be residing in premises are required to apply, and will be listed on the lease agreement. Photo ID required on application (you can snap a picture with your phone), along with social security number for screening and identification purposes.
