I moved to PA from Ohio a few months ago for a new job. Moving to a different city can be stressful but thankfully I’ve chosen Alden Park as my new home! My experience has been smooth sailing, Maintenance is always on top of resolving any issues and my leasing agent Harisa has made me feel like a priority every step of the way of the move-in process. It’s clear they care about creating a welcoming community!

Overall my experience at Alden Park has been great so far. The pool is still unreal. There was a pipe leak/ flood situation that affected multiple floors that had me out of my apt for a month - while at first was tough to deal with, I had to remind myself these are historic buildings and things happen. Management was able to provide me more than reasonable accommodations and got my back in my place fixed within a month. Also Miss Sheila is the sweetest best receptionist ever and always looks out for my packages and what not, so very appreciated!
