Very good experience with my apartment. Signing the lease was a very easy process. Apt staff are super helpful and quick with responses. Residents are all very friendly. Love the rooftop and view from the gym. Looking forward to hot tub opening!

Good person micro managing this apartment. They are changing face of Spruce st and i am glad i met them and stayed here. Close by bus service, parks and responsive management. Secure and clean is a plus.
