At the intersection of Cheltenham, Elkins Park, and Philadelphia county, Melrose Park offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options in Center City, Willow Grove, Jenkintown and surrounding communities. Melrose Train Station is down the block and a short distance to major highways, including RT. 202, I-76, Rt 1, I-276/rt309, and Broad St./611, Melrose Station is also an easy commute to the areas major colleges and universities. LaSalle, Salus, Arcadia, Temple, and Penn State Abington. Einstein and Abington Hospitals are a drive away.

I lived at Melrose Station for almost 3 years while in school. The way everyone is so friendly and responsive made the move so easy!! Jamie in the main office on site was always available and so helpful, the HEAD MAN on maintenance, Ray, also incredible!! The areas on the property are very well kept including all shared spaces with the whole community, the train station is right out of the parking lot, and PET FRIENDLY!!!!! What more could you ask for!!!

I have lived at Melrose Station Apts since 2022 and I love it. Apartment has beautiful modern appliances and it is very spacious. The Management and Maintenance are professional and friendly. I am a senior citizen and I feel safe, comfortable, have access to the train and local stores are within walking distance. The apartments must be soundproof because it is very quiet and the grounds are well-maintained.

Haydinger, a father of three, found value in having close relationships with his employees and colleagues, and felt his former company was growing too fast to keep those values. He wanted his new company, First Montgomery Group, to stay family-owned and operated, so he could share it with his children. He spent many years growing the company to be highly respected and reputable in the real estate space. His sons, Michael and Richard III, now manage First Montgomery Group.
