I've been here a little over 2 years and MY experience has been nothing but pleasant from the leasing agent Shivanie, to the property manager Barbora. They are always helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I ask. I've only had a couple of maintenance issues and they were tackled in a timely manor. I love the tile floors, granite counter tops, spaceous kitchen, THE PEACE AND QUIET and the cute washer dryer combo. The grounds are always nicely maintained. Nelson and Chris always greet me with a smile and ask about the last issue I had that they worked on. This location has family days, Easter egg hunts, movie night which to me is very community friendly. That is a first for me. I love it here 5 stars!

I have been living in this apartment almost 10 years. It is very convenient and good place to live. Very nice, safe and secure place. I see few negative comments but I never had any problem since I moved in. Every time if there is any issue they solved it right away. People in the management office are very cordial and cooperative. I have many years plan to live here. Place is nice and clean compare to so many near by locations.
