We welcome cats and dogs. A maximum of two pets per apartment. Dogs cannot be more than 65lbs and a non-aggressive breed. There will be a one-time pet fee for all animals. $200 for each cat & $500 for each dog. Dogs may only reside in dog friendly buildings as designated by management. Prior to move-in, pet owners must provide verification of immunizations along with vet information stating the pets name, breed, and weight as well as a photograph of the pet for verification and identification.

I want to give our maintenance man Al a big shout out! I never, not see him slacking, he is always working his butt off if he is not in an apartment fixing something, he is always on property grounds, picking up trash, fixing the lights around the dumpster area, cleaning the dumpster area. He is kind, friendly and trustworthy, as he has been to our apartment many of times. He is also very knowledgable when it comes to fixing things, ex. something on our heater broke and Al was able to give the new guy instructions over the phone to fix it! It would be a sad day at The courtyard if Al was ever to leave. You don't find guys like Al just any where but I am sure glad he works here.

Leaving the review I wish I had seen before I moved in. I love the Courtyards!!! I have lived here about 8 months now and this is a great place to live. Everyone in the neighborhood is so nice and the apartments are very spacious. Positive: Extremely spacious apartments and LOTS of storage closets in the units. Decent price for the size apartment you are getting, especially in this area of NJ. Lots of parking available and I have never had a problem with parking close to my building. The staff are some of the kindest, most helpful people I have met. They take the time to actually listen to you and what you need, and make sure you are being helped to the best of your ability. I could rave about the maintenance staff all day. They are the nicest guys and they never leave a job unfinished. My heater broke a few months back and the problem wasn't able to be fixed by the end of the day, so one of the maintenance guys took it upon himself to work late and bring me some portable space heaters for overnight. They have great communication with when they will be coming to your apartment, too. If you submit a maintenance request, they will show up when they have time, I am assuming in order of requests coming in. If you are not home when they are addressing your request, they will call you and ask permission to enter your apartment before just entering. I really appreciate that, especially with having a dog. The dog park is great and my dog loves to run around. It is a great size and very well-kept. The whole complex is very well-kept also, and I am constantly seeing landscaping guys around cutting the grass, blowing leaves, etc. Negative: A lot of people do not pick up their dog's poop in the dog park, so you have to watch where you step if you are going to be running around with your dog. The walls in the apartments are very thin, so you will hear your neighbors pretty frequently, especially their alarms going off in the morning. I have combatted this issue with a white-noise machine, so if you are thinking of moving here I would definitely invest in one of those. It isn't a constant issue since I can't hear my neighbors talking, I just hear their alarms, TV, and music when it's on the louder side. The dumpsters also fill up very quickly, since there is only one trash compacter and 3 recycling dumpsters for the whole complex, so just be aware of that. I think this is a great place to live, so if you are considering living here definitely do it!
