I’ve lived at 202 park for the past two years and have had a great experience. I love being close to the cooper river and collingswood — the city is just a quick train ride away. Would recommend living here for the amenities and community.

We have been at 202 Park for 6+ months and absolutely love it! The staff is kind, everything is clean (including the trash rooms) and it has a great luxury apartment feel to it. So far, no complaints!! Love it here.

After over a decade in real estate, Rich Haydinger Jr. left a highly successful partnership to pursue his dream of a family-owned and employee-centric business of his own. Haydinger, a father of four, found value in having close relationships with his employees and colleagues, and felt his former company was growing too fast to keep those values.
