I have lived at Croydon Hall Apartments for 2 years and have nothing but good things to say! From the very beginning Alicia, the property manager, and Rickina, the onsite manager, have been extremely helpful and amazing to work with. I was able to see apartments a few days after initially reaching out and the relationship has only gotten better as a tenant. There’s 24 hour security and I LOVE all of the people that work at the front desk! Special shout out to Kene, Calvin, Alex, Laura (miss her!), and Irina. All of my maintenance requests have either been acknowledged and/or handled within a day and the maintenance staff is excellent as well. The apartments are spacious, clean, and a great value for the money. There are a lot of great amenities, which makes the building a great place to host events, and in my experience the tenants have all been very respectful. Rickina is amazing at her job and truly goes above and beyond to make sure tenants feel safe and well taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about this find. Highly recommend!

The apartments are clean. The building is well maintained. Plenty of common facilities. The meeting room has plenty of entertainment. The staff are friendly. This is a well run building and a nice place to live.
