I moved here almost 4 years ago and I thought it was decent for what the asking price was for rent. The previous owner hired a manager and maintenance person that was here during normal business hours. Now, things weren’t perfect but atleast you felt heard as a tenant. once Deer Management took over things became unbearable. Nothing was fixed EVER, they change window and painted the hallways and expected everyone to pay a 21% rent increase. The building will be what it is, there is a previous review with pictures. The new management never reply to emails, never pick up the office phone, never return calls from voicemails, to the point that I had to take an hour drive to their office just to express that I don’t want to renew my lease and the Office hospitality is also trash, sent more emails and still haven’t gotten a response. This property is near saint Joseph campus and I would highly recommend no students live here. Im assuming the goal is to get rid of the current tenants and increase the rent, but I hope an update happens.
