Pine Manor Apartments is centrally located in Fox Chase. Our fabulous garden apartment community in the Fox Chase section of Northeast Philadelphia is just north of Rhawn Street and Oxford Avenue and just steps to Fox Chase Cancer Center. We are minutes away from Somerton, Mayfair, and other close-by Philadelphia neighborhoods. Our convenient location is near shopping and transportation.

Overall a great place to live! There have been minor issues here ane there like you’d expect with any place, especially given how old the property is, and pine manor doesn’t have amenities like a pool or gym, however the neighborhood is great and pine manor is a quiet place to live. The staff here are great and they really stand out when it comes to fixing any issues you may have, all of my maintenance requests have been handled quickly.

The only reason I left this complex was because I wanted a washer and dryer but I would have stayed for much longer. First, the level of communication from both Terri and now Mary; current property manager, was beyond amazing. Mary stepped in place of Terri and that was right at the beginning of Covid, and there was never ever any delay in communication with any matters. The same level of communication was seen for maintenance crew, requests were handled quickly and the problem was actually resolved. Would highly highly recommend Pine Manor. I wouldn’t recommend Pine Manor building 2 as it is an older building that’s comes with older building issues such as thin walls, but other than that, no complaints. Thank you for a great experience!
