Horrible, horrible place to stay. Do not waste your time. During my time at leverington I dealt with mice, black mold, and most recently a break-in, where my belongings were stolen. It's clear that management does not care about the tenants, as no one in the building was notified regarding the break-in in January and I was ignored for weeks when asking for my lock to be fixed. The current manager is mediocre at his job and never knows what is going on at the apartment complex. Communication is not a thing between management and leadership at this company. Classic exploitation of tenants and their rights. It's not worth the stress.
