Currently living here now, and I couldn’t be happier. Parking provided in Philadelphia is a major plus. Very affordable and Tara (Property Manager) is always so responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to someone looking to live in Manayunk.

I had a great experience when I lived here from 2021-2022. Tara in the rental office was a pleasure to speak with, and Boniface (the head of maintenance) was always timely and professional when I needed any work done. My building was clean, and I had good neighbors. I also appreciated the free on-site parking. When I had visitors, they could easily find free street parking as well. The complex is also located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Bus stops and Regional Rail are also within walking distance.
