Welcome to The McCallum, a historic community located in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia. Our property features unique open style floor plans with Center City charm. Right off Lincoln Drive, The McCallum is just minutes from Center City, Chestnut Hill and the Main Line.

Fixes things very promptly, friendly, looks out for the safety of residence, and he is one of the reasons I stay as a tenant. This is from the tenant named Sally Gardner (I wasn’t able to use my phone to fill this in).

The McCallum is a hidden gem apartment building. Conveniently located only a block away from septa regional rail, the McCallum is also within a block’s distance from Lincoln drive (main thoroughfare to 76) and is positioned in a wonderful neighborhood. The property manager, Ron Bergey, is attentive, helpful, and respectful of the tenants. Truly a great place to live all around and one I’d recommend to any renter.
