*** Feedback on maintenance team not for Alterra ***** I had an electrical maintenance issue. One of power point was creating issue, he fixed it with in short time and explained in detail about the issue. His awareness session on power units was a great knowledge for me. Thanks Able!!!

Alterra apartment staff get a 5 star from me for their superior service. Eva and Ashley in the office are very friendly and caring. When we first began looking at Alterra I immediately noticed how willing Eva was to go out of the way for us, she took us to see 6 or 8 apartments I think it was. And she was super helpful to guide us through the application process. Whenever we call for a problem with our apartment they have someone out to fix it super quick! Today we had a refrigerator just suddenly stop working on us, I called the office and Ashley told us they would have someone stop by to swap out our broken fridge! I swear within 10 minutes of calling, a very helpful gentleman (I feel bad I already forgot his name) had a whole new fridge at the door! We had all the food out and the new fridge set up in record time! Excellent experience!!!👍👍👍
