I lived at Row on Third for a little over 2 years. I moved into the model unit, which was the last unit available after they remodeled the apartments. Living at Row was generally a great experience. Management cycled a few times but the last group of management has stayed the longest and who I assume to be future management. Current management is great, Gabe always greeted me anytime he saw me and management is attentive. The common areas are frequently cleaned, packages were secure with parcel pending (when drivers dropped off in the mail room), and maintenance requests were quickly tended to. We resigned after a year and prices went up slightly, but not much. We switched to month-to-month after without any rent increases. Honestly not much bad I can say about the place. If I were to nitpick even a little bit, I’d say you can tell in some places that this is an older building that was remodeled, but overall the unit was really nice. Also, the whole building shares 1 dumpster and it could fill up quickly at times.

I recently moved into Row on Third building, and I must say my experience has been excellent. From the moment I took the tour to the day I moved in, the staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Gabriel, who works in the office, and the new manager for their outstanding service. They made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. While I did have some concerns,I found that the overall experience at Row was fantastic. The building is well-maintained, making it a clean and comfortable place to live. It's also surprisingly quiet, which is a huge plus. This community is perfect for families, as it provides a safe and welcoming environment. I highly recommend Row on Third building to anyone looking for a great place to call home. The amazing staff and the positive atmosphere truly make it a standout choice.
