We have added new window blinds and sheers, repaint the entire unit and added recessed living room ceiling lights. Home heating is hydronic heat (heated floors) and all windows are double paned. The attached garage has room for a standard sixed car plus a workspace and bench. A parking pad outside the garage is new with newly graded and graveled alley access off east west 125th. Landscaped front and side yards are maintained by the landlord. Front and side entry doors are screened and covered. Two bus lines, to University and downtown through Northgate transfer station are within 2 blocks away. A light rail station north to Lynnwood and south through downtown, Sea-Tac and Tukwila, east to Bellevue and Redmond is available from Northgate. A local light rail station is pending completion this spring. Neighbors are long term renters and owners, some retired, professionally middle income employed and friendly. Hoses are provided and tenants will be asked to do some mid-week watering. Garden space is available for tenant use. Building maintenance and updates are completed by the landlord.
