There's a washer/dryer in a separate entryway closet and an additional linen closet in the hallway. Reserved, secure parking garage stalls are available for an additional $125/month, ensuring your vehicle is safely parked. If you require extra storage, heated and secure storage stalls are also available. We welcome dogs and cats as part of our pet-friendly policy. For dogs, there is a $250 refundable deposit for the first pet, along with a $50 per month pet rent. Cats require a $350 refundable deposit for the first cat.
