I'm relocating from Oregon to Phoenix in the next few weeks and visited several potential apartment complexes. Desert Springs Apartments topped my list. It's a quiet, tranquil oasis with mature landscaping in a safe community. Well maintained apartments with easy access to major freeways and shopping. Large pool, heated spa, and laundry facilities on-site are all pluses. The management is friendly and professional, as well as quick to respond to my request for a walk through. I would feel very safe here thanks to the secure building.

I lived here over a year ago and moved for work. I just moved back to PHX from TX and the first thing I did was contact Desert Springs to see if they had availability. I was so excited when they did! I didn’t even look anywhere else. I’ve lived all over the world for work, in dozens of Airbnb’s and apartments, and I can say without a second thought that this complex is superbly managed and maintained. As an additional benefit it is one of the most affordable. I hope to retire here simply because I feel safe and it’s peaceful. Thank you, John and Rob, for making this place what it is. :) Kristy Swartz
