I have lived here since April 2020. When I first moved in there was no regular maintenance and there was so much trash by the dumpsters I had to be cautious when backing out my car. Once Roshaunda Smith became the property manager things turned around. Roshaunda took action to make sure the property is neat and clean. She makes sure maintenance request are taken care of in a timely manner and keeps the residents up-to-date and well informed with what's going on with the property. I have lived in the Phoenix area for 10 years and she is the best property manager I have ever had.
