For my apartment selection and move in experience, I was lucky enough to have been paired up with an absolute angel of a leasing consultant. Her name was Ashley Randell and she made every step of the process easy on me. Even though the apartment had its share of problems when I moved in (ac broken, dryer broken, kitchen light burnt out), Ashley made me feel like my complaints were heard to the point where I felt like I didn't have to put in follow up complaints. She was able to get them serviced and taken care of within a reasonable time frame. Not one time did my emails not get responded to. She was always timely and informed with her replies. She was also able to get me many recommendations on nice places to eat and fun things to do in Omaha. Her kind and friendly personality made this move-in experience a seamless process.

Downtown living, in a historic industrial loft conversion, is not an easy thing to maintain. In August 2021, a storm devastated the city center. Elevate worked with Serv-Pro to manage the disaster relief that was left to unfold. To make true to their words, I was back in my home by the end of the year. Whenever, I voiced a concern, office staff was keen to get a work order submitted or respond. Maintenance was always professional and prompt on their attention to my repairs. I am shocked that my home is now better than before. New carpets, soft-touch cabinets, improved window fixtures. I was also able to retain my coveted underground parking spot. Looking forward to years ahead of enjoyable, reasonable living. Thanks to the office team, maintenance, and vendors alike!
