We loved this place. Nice apartments and best management ever. Any maintenance request you can do through the app and usually it takes only 24 hours to fix any problem. We got only bad kitchen sink and minor repairs in bathroom, other than that no issues at all. Apartments aren't new, they are trying to keep in good shape. Communication with management was easy and quick. Ladies in the office always been very nice and polite. Perfect app, easy to pay online and do maintenance request. Easy move out. They charged only 75$ for carpet cleaning and 25$ for apartment cleaning. It was my best experience with renting apartments ever since I moved to US in 2016. Because of my job I have to move a lot and lived in several different places and states. I would highly recommend this apartments. P.s sorry for my English, it was hard to read even for me🙃

Great place to live! It’s very pricey but we stayed and renewed our lease because it’s worth the money we spend. Management is great! maintenance is GREAT! The neighbors however can be something else. Especially because the walls are very thin and everything is heard and me and my husband have kids. They keep up with the property better then any place I have lived. Summer time is when you see this this community at its complete beauty!!
