I am coming up on completing my second year living in a one bedroom apartment at the West House at Foxtown. I work in the area and wanted a shorter daily commute. I love how quiet the building is, I very rarely hear any noise from other apartments surrounding me. The amenities are a great bonus that help make the overall cost of the apartment more feasible, since you won't need to be paying for a gym membership or extra for parking, and there are community offerings such as music nights in the summer and the ability to reserve community spaces for parties or gatherings. All of the appliances and furnishings within the apartment are top quality. I have only had a very few small maintenance issues within my apartment, and they are always addressed quickly and efficiently when they do occur. Neighbors here are all friendly and respectful, there is a community feel but everyone is also given their space and privacy. It is a very walkable area close to restaurants, grocery stores, and nature trails. Anything you could need is within a 10-15 minute drive in either direction. I love living here and can't see myself leaving anytime soon.

I've lived at West House for a little over a year now, and am extremely happy with my decision. The managers are very responsive when you need help or have questions, and are also great with communicating any issues or events going on in the building or on the property. I love the amenities we have in our individual units (the wine fridge really sold me!) as well as the community amenities (two separate workout spaces on different floors is great). Generally it's quiet, but you still see neighbors and don't feel isolated.
