If you choose to bring a pet there is a non-refundable Pet Charge of $300 for the first pet and $200 for each additional pet. The monthly pet charge is $40/month for 1st pet and $30/month for each additional. For each pet weighing 50 lbs. or more there is an additional $100 non-refundable pet chargee. We do have weight limits for certain apartments and some breed restrictions. Weight limits will vary depending on the style and location of your apartment or townhome. Dog breeds known for aggression are prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: Pit-Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Akitas, Dalmatians, Great Danes, Siberian Huskies, Malamutes, Mastiffs, Cane Corso's, Perro de Presa Canarios, American Bulldogs, Hybrid Wolves or other dog breeds known for their aggression. No mixes of these breeds will be allowed. If you have any questions we encourage you to call our office. Birds, fish, reptiles, hamsters and other small animals are permitted if in an enclosure. *All fees subject to change.

After spending a significant amount of time apartment hunting with little luck due to the crazy housing market, I worked with Windsong to get on their waitlist for an apartment that met my needs. The first time I heard back, I was too slow to respond, but the second time, all worked out perfectly. The rental process was very smooth, and I was able to get everything situated, get my keys, etc. with little fuss. The property managers are all lovely, and helped me with every question/concern I had. Living here since the end of January, I have really enjoyed it. It's incredibly quiet - not because my neighbors are quiet (though they typically are), but the apartments are so well-built and well-insulated that you can barely hear any noise, even from the planes landing at the airport nearby. Parking is never an issue; there are plenty of spaces near every building. Love that the trash gets picked up from right outside my door. Maintenance has also been an absolute dream. Every time I've had a small issue to look at, they've been there with incredible speed, and the maintenance folks are really knowledgeable and unobtrusive. The location is also fantastic; close enough to Transit and Sheridan to have a lot of options for shopping, entertainment, and medical needs, yet far away from everything to be relatively private. Again, can't recommend Windsong enough. I have no complaints whatsoever, and can see myself living here for quite a while (and maybe upgrading to a larger unit in the future).

We have lived in a plan C for the past year and a half and have absolutely loved renting here. The community is so beautiful, safe and inviting. Everyone in our building is very friendly, we always love to stop and chat. The office is full of kind people that are always open to our questions. The maintenance team is THE BEST (and quick!) with the VERY FEW issues we have had with our time here! We will miss them when we move out for sure! Thank you Windsong and team!

I cannot express enough how much I loved my experience at Windsong Place Apartments. On July 2nd, I went to an appointment with another property, ready to sign my first lease and hand over my security deposit. To my dismay, they informed me that they had no available apartments. Frustrated, I stopped for gas and began calling other locations in my preferred area, but after three unsuccessful calls, I decided to head home. Halfway home, I remembered Windsong Place Apartments and gave them a call. A lovely woman named Linda answered and confirmed they had availability. She kindly invited me to come over immediately, as I was already in the area and had taken the day off work. Upon arriving at the leasing office, I was greeted by a beautifully luxurious interior and a smiling Linda. I apologized for the last-minute visit, but she reassured me that it was no problem and that she was happy to see me. While we were talking, another friendly woman named Jill introduced herself and also expressed that there was no need to worry about the sudden appointment. Linda then showed me several options: a two-bedroom on an upper level, a one-bedroom on the ground level, and a one-bedroom on an upper level. She was patient, allowing me to take photos and videos, all while the serene sound of birds chirping outside sealed the deal for me. Back at the leasing office, Jill guided me through the availability and I ultimately chose a one-bedroom. Since it was my first rental application, I asked if I could complete everything with her present to ensure I did it correctly. She was more than happy to help. I asked questions throughout the process, and after paying the application fee, Jill informed me that they would contact me once my application was approved. I was thrilled! Incredibly, just ten minutes after leaving, Linda called to tell me my application was approved. Her excitement matched mine. I returned home and signed my lease that same day. The entire process at Windsong took only a few hours, in stark contrast to the multiple appointments and delays I faced with the other property in Williamsville. If you’re a busy professional seeking an easy leasing process and a peaceful living environment, I highly recommend Windsong Place Apartments. Jill and Linda made the experience seamless and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
