Delmont has been very accommodating and helpful in maintenance, leasing, and safety. I have lived here for two years and have no complaints! Maintenance requests can be scheduled with times that work best for you. Leasing is clear and transparent. Management (Pavel) makes sure that doors are locked and secure. It’s an older building meant for individuals who love the vintage style and living downtown Seattle.

Worst apartment ever. 1 star is generous…Owned by a slimy money hungry landlord and managed by an incompetent maintenance staff. I had a list of complaints and issues during my time here that impacted my safety as well as other tenants. Not sure why my original review never posted, I had a lot of details. BE WARNED DO NOT LIVE HERE.
