I’ve lived here almost 2 years now and just left. I’ve had a good stay, yes the apartments are a studio but the location I will miss so much. I love Colombia city as I feel it’s a well kept secret, so much so close. I never had noisy neighbors and the light rail really isn’t loud if your windows are closed. The management is very friendly, I had a very unique situation arise and both the property manager as well as the landlord both were very understanding and gracious. For that reason alone I can over look any little nitpicks. After all I stayed for two years. If you need anything staying here, just try to be friendly and ask.

Unauthorized visitors routinely visit at night to steal bikes & packages. The housing for the outside surveillance cameras have been removed to the point where all that remains is the wires. The stairway constantly smells & the carpet is disgusting. Parking is atrocious, would not recommend moving here
