All reviews older than 1 year are irrelevant! This property has had new management for quite a while now...and I have to say that it makes ALL the difference. I've see individual managers come and go, because of the chaos that can be Hollywood Blvd. Not everyone can handle it. However, I must say that the apartment manager we have now, Courtney, is THE REASON you want to move to this property. Sure , you are close to things and you can see the Hollywood sign from the roof..Neat., but it's not what matters...what matters is that you will have a manager that genuinely cares about what you are needing help with.

I recently moved into my new apartment, and I can't thank Courtney enough for her outstanding support throughout the process. From the moment I reached out with questions, she was incredibly responsive and attentive. Courtney made sure I felt welcomed and informed, walking me through every step of the move-in process. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism made a potentially stressful experience so much smoother.
