Pets are limited by size and breed and are subject to Management approval. There is a limit of two animals per apartment. A pet deposit and/or pet fee may be required for all pets in the apartment. Pet rent may also be required. In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted. Residents will not be allowed to have a pet that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, and any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross breed of or related to any of these breeds. Caged birds are permitted. Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported. No exotic animals (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted. Other animals may be excluded. We may also restrict or require the removal of any breed that becomes known as aggressive, in our sole discretion. Ask Management for further information. Animal rules apply to all animals at the Community, including those animals that are visiting or are temporary. Certain animals may be restricted from designated floors or buildings at the community. It is the responsibility of the applicant to select an apartment for their current and future needs. We are happy to evaluate any requests to keep assistance animals at the community.

Residents will love that eclectic shopping, restaurants, entertainment and recreation are all just steps away. With easy access to public transportation, I-5 and Highway 99, getting anywhere from our apartments is easy. Our modern apartments include a host of community amenities that include a state-of-the-art fitness zone; clubroom with kitchen, Wi-Fi and entertainment center; cyber zone business center; and expansive sky deck with green roof, grilling station, fire pit, and sweeping views. We are pet-friendly with an off-leash area and pet spa. AMLI South Lake Union offers studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom floor plans with two custom interior finish packages. Our apartment homes feature fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, washers and dryers, vinyl plank flooring, ceiling fans, programmable thermostats, and solar shades. AMLI South Lake Union is a LEED Silver Certified community and designed to minimize environmental impact and maximize energy efficiency. I’ve really enjoyed living at AMLI SLU! The office staff are always friendly and helpful - from assisting me in selecting the right unit for me to answering any questions I have as a resident. When selecting a new apartment, my roommate at the time and I were working with a lot of moving parts in our plans and we could not decide on our needs. The office staff were very accommodating and flexible, and they worked at our pace to ensure we made the right choice and find the right apartment. They answer my emails quickly, and they’re always so welcoming when I pay them a visit at the office! The property is always clean and very well maintained. I constantly see the workers doing projects, and any maintenance request I’ve submitted is always fulfilled so quickly! They’re always friendly when I say hi in the halls, and always respectful when they have to enter my unit. The amenities are beautiful - especially the solarium! The parking garage can feel cramped at times, but it feels very secure, and I’ve had no issues so far.

I had an incredible experience living at AMLI SLU! The building is in a prime location with fantastic amenities spread across 3 different buildings! As a resident you have access to 3 gyms, spectacular rooftops and lounges. Everything is immaculately maintained. The apartments are spacious, have great storage and top notch finishes. The best thing about AMLI SLU is the amazing staff though. Everyone consistently went out of their way to help in any and every way possible! BIG shout outs to Melissa, Alyse, Ana, Casey, Matt, RJ, Lily, Lola and Jose. They felt like family and I will miss living here!
