Leasing Information: • Application fee: $40 nonrefundable per adult living in the apartment. • Holding deposit is $210 ($200 is refundable on move in and is applied towards your move in costs) move in. • Deposit: $500 on approved credit. • Utilities are RUBS which covers water, sewer, solid waste, gas, electricity, and trash which is billed based on usage. All utilities will be on your portal. • Tenant Benefit Package of $39 includes Wi-Fi, insurance waiver, and positive credit reporting • Lease Terms: 6-12 months. • On-site Parking: None Application Requirements: • 650 minimum credit score • Income must be 3 X the monthly rent with either 3 months of paystubs or a job offer letter that is dated with number of hours to be worked and pay amount. • Positive rental history • Cosigners are welcome.
