Manager Sophia is working to get a handle on the place. There are some problem tenants but she is often responsive to any issues that arise. Maintenance used to be spotty but they recently hired someone new who responds to calls within the day. Really convenient location and reasonable price.

Manager is friendly and is helpful. Never had a problem with theft from in front of door. Neighbors are mostly friendly and quiet times are observed. Easy access to make and interstate
