In addition, a pet fee in the amount of $250 per pet will be charged and is due with the pet deposit. Pet rent in the amount of $20 per pet will be charged and added to your monthly rent. Breed restrictions apply.

I have lived here for a year now and transferred from a smaller to a larger apartment. I really like the office and maintenance staff. They are always friendly and accommodating. After a year I can say I have no complaints.
